Bixhoma Lake - Bixby, Oklahoma

This is one of my favorite places to visit near my home.  Bixhoma Lake, located about 5 miles southeast of Bixby on Leonard Mountain, is a nature lover's dream.  Fishing is allowed from the banks or dock, no wading or swimming allowed.  Scuba diving is allowed though by anyone who is, or is at all times accompanied by a dive professional and who shall have a special  permit issued by the director of the park department, the city manager or the city's manager's designee.  

 They also have goats at this lake.  Some days I'm just in the mood for a cuddle with a goat. You're not allowed to feed them but you can pet them as much as the goats allow it.
